Stella Myrilla
Counselling & Psychotherapy
I am Stella, a licensed psychologist and trainee psychotherapist, here to support you on your journey of self-awareness and personal growth.
Life can sometimes confront us with challenges that bring uncertainty or the need to search for new directions. You may experience moments of anxiety or sadness, or find yourself at a point where you need guidance to move forward with confidence.
I believe that what defines us is not only our experiences, but also the way we respond to them: the strength we find to face difficulties, the choices we make to grow, and the support we allow ourselves to receive. Each day is an opportunity to be present, to embrace what hurts us, and to accept it with compassion.
When you feel the need for support, reaching out to a psychologist is a brave and meaningful step towards caring for your mental health. Together, we can explore your feelings, understand the roots of the challenges you are facing, and find ways to overcome them.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in trust, honesty, and understanding. I aim to create a safe and warm environment—whether in person or online—where you can share your thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. Step by step, we will work together to discover your inner strength and develop the skills you need to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
Every step you take is valuable progress. I am here to accompany you on this path and to support you as you move toward a healthier, more balanced life.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers

I am a licensed psychologist (license no. 1008861) and a trainee psychotherapist. I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Essex and I am currently in the 4th year of my certification in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Hellenic Focusing Center. I work individually with adults and parents.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the principles of Person-Centered Psychotherapy. I emphasize empathy, unconditional acceptance, and the authentic therapeutic relationship. My aim is to provide a space where each person can feel deeply heard, gain a clearer understanding of themselves, and develop resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
For me, psychotherapy is not only a process of addressing difficulties and problems. It is also an opportunity for personal growth and a deeper connection with one’s true self. This is the reason I chose this path: because I believe in the power of human relationships to heal, to inspire, and to open new possibilities.

Services
Individual Counselling | Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a tender and deeply human journey toward the self.
It is a space where you can speak freely, express your feelings, and face what challenges you with understanding and acceptance.
Through the therapeutic relationship, a safe environment is created where every thought and emotion has room to be heard without fear or judgment. Gradually, space is given to what may have never been expressed before — your needs, your wounds, and your hopes.
Psychotherapy is not only about relief. It is also about connection: with yourself, with your choices, and with the inner strength you may not yet have recognized. It is a way to stand more confidently in life, allowing yourself to feel, to understand, and to change.
Parent Support & Counselling
Parent counselling offers a space of support and understanding, designed to help you respond to your child’s needs with greater confidence and clarity.
Together, we will explore not only your child’s emotional and developmental needs, but also how you, as a parent, experience and carry these responsibilities.
This is a safe and supportive environment where you can speak openly—without judgment and with deep respect for all that you already do each day to support, nurture, and care. Parent counselling is not only about managing difficulties. It is also an opportunity to strengthen your bond with your child and discover new, more meaningful ways of communication and connection.
As you come to better understand your child’s needs, you may also feel more grounded in your own role as a parent. Together, we can create the conditions for a relationship built on safety, trust, and love.
Focusing-Oriented Counselling | Focusing Psychotherapy
Focusing-oriented psychotherapy is a quiet, meaningful journey toward self-awareness and inner peace.
Through this approach, a deeper way of connecting with your inner world is cultivated. You learn to listen to what you feel—even when it has not yet taken shape in words.
Within the therapeutic setting, a space of acceptance is created where you can meet your emotions and experiences with care. Gradually, messages and signals emerge from the body — memories, images, sensations — often shedding light on needs, desires, or truths that have not yet found a voice.
This process does not force. It gently guides you to connect with whatever is present inside you and to listen with respect. It is there that change is born: not through explanations, but through a new relationship with yourself.
Online Sessions
Online psychotherapy is a gentle and deeply human journey — one that knows no borders.
It offers a space where you can speak freely, express your feelings, and face life’s challenges with understanding and acceptance — wherever you may be.
Even through a screen, the therapeutic relationship creates a safe and supportive environment: a place where thoughts and emotions can unfold without fear or judgment. Gradually, what was once unspoken — your needs, your wounds, your hopes — begins to find its voice.
Online therapy is not just a practical solution for distance or lack of time. It is connection: with yourself, with your story, with the strength you may not yet have recognized within. It is a way to keep the care for yourself alive — whether you live in Greece or abroad — allowing space to feel, to understand, and to grow.
